Are you a fully qualified Accounts Senior or Accounts Assistant Manager from a practice firm looking to upgrade to a very good quality Top 50 London based accountancy firm and carry out a varied role consisting of statutory accounts preparation, management accounts, Vat returns and staff supervision?  Are you keen to work in a very good quality firm with excellent progression to manager grade on offer? Your role will be split evenly between statutory accounts and management accounts, with some time also spent preparing tax returns and VAT returns. You will also gain exposure to areas such as business valuations, cashflows, budgets, forecasts, due diligence etc. Your role will be varied, challenging and hugely enjoyable with great progression prospects to manager grade on offer. In this new role, you will gain exposure to a wide range of UK and international clients, including groups, from sectors including property, media, legal, technology, renewable energy, retail and other interesting sectors. The firm would look at a recently qualified ACA or ACCA or someone with some post qualification experience, they would also consider a finalist with one or two exams remaining. This firm has had great success with people who have trained outside of London and want to relocate to a London firm for the exposure and opportunities on offer. .

To be considered for this new role (May 2022) you must have at least three years experience, probably in a small or medium size accountancy and be fully ACA or ACCA qualified (either newly qualified or with a few years post qualification experience). You must have experience of preparing statutory accounts, management accounts, tax returns, Vat returns and supervising juniors and ideally managing clients. Experience of a wide range of software packages would be an advantage as is a desire to work in a mixed general practice accounts based role. You must be well presented, be a team player, and be looking to progress at a rapid pace.
