Are you an Accounts Semi Senior with management accounts experience, or have experience of producing statutory accounts and have a strong interest to learn more about management accounts? Are you from a practice background with strong cloud based software experience and looking to utilise your expertise in cloud based software such as Xero and Quickbooks Online and act in an advisory capacity to many high profile clients? Based in a very successful, small yet rapidly growing Outsourcing & Accounts team, your role will be varied and will be split between preparing monthly and quarterly management accounts, VAT returns, bookkeeping assignments and advisory work. If you cant prepare management accounts training will be provided. There may also be the opportunity to prepare some statutory accounts every now and again. You will be offering clients advice, help clients with migrating from other software packages to Xero, provide software training to clients and staff, prepare various reports, analysis and business management assignments (such as budgets, cashflows, forecasts etc) for a wide range of very interesting clients from sectors including Financial Services / FCA regulated, off shore businesses, property, legal, retail and media & entertainment businesses. Your role will be varied and challenging, and training will be provided where necessary. There will be many growth and development opportunities in the future, including future progression in a short space of time due to the department rapidly expanding.

To be considered for this new role (July 2023) it is likely you will either be studying the ACCA or ACA (being AAT qualified would also be considered). You must have at least 2 to 3 years experience (or more) working for a good quality practice firm, working either as an accounts semi senior with some management accounts experience, or already be working in an outsourcing department. You must have experience preparing VAT returns and bookkeeping assignments and experience of management accounts would be an advantage but training can be provided. You must now be looking to upgrade to a very good quality Top 30 practice where you can continue with your career and work in a role of great importance to this firm in a rapidly expanding department. You must be looking to work on a wide variety of good quality London based clients, take on responsibility at a rapid pace and be looking for promotion and high levels of responsibility.
