Are you a junior level Receptionist / Office Administrator looking to join a very good quality medium sized accountancy firm based in an excellent location in Zone 1 Central London (West End location) working in a professional office environment? Do you have either experience in a reception or administration position, or have at least 1 to 2 years experience in any work environment, and looking to be trained in a Reception and Office Administration role? Are you looking to work in a friendly, supportive and sociable firm that will offer you many learning and development opportunities? Reporting to the Office Manager, this newly created role will include being trained so you can carry out various reception and administration based duties for this medium sized accountancy firm which specialises in working with high profile Media, Entertainment, Film and TV clients. Duties will include general office duties, reception cover, answering phone calls, greeting clients into the office, ordering stationery, opening post, keeping meeting rooms clean and tidy, helping with organising events and ad hoc admin responsibilities as required. It will also include some basic bookkeeping duties such as learning credit control, basic reconciliations for clients and helping make payments on behalf of clients. Your role will be varied, challenging and enjoyable. The role could also lead into a Trainee Bookkeeper role in the next 1 to 2 years so there are good opportunities to develop and progress in the future.

To be considered for this newly created role (December 2023) you will ideally have at least 1 to 2 years experience in any work environment or at least 12 months in a similar role. Full training will be provided. You will be looking for a role with a January 2024 or early February 2024 start date. You must be well spoken, professional, hard working and a team player. You must also have good communication skills, a professional phone manner and be able to work to tight deadlines. You must live within commutable distance to London and be happy to work in an office based role 5 days a week.
